01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tekkabuzz platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you") and tekkabuzz ("we", "the platform").

From the moment you open an account on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use the platform.

tekkabuzz reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

All services on this platform are provided for personal and entertainment use only. Use of any service for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on tekkabuzz, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and be 21 years of age or older. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, household or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. tekkabuzz will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosure of account credentials to a third party.

2.4 Updating Your Information

If any details registered on your account change, such as your mobile number or email address, they must be updated as soon as possible. tekkabuzz will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

03 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The minimum age to participate in any casino and betting activity on tekkabuzz is 21 years. 21+ This age limit is strictly enforced.

tekkabuzz may at any time request official documents to verify a user's identity, age and address. In such cases, a copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence may be required.

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the verification process is complete. tekkabuzz reserves the right to carry out additional checks on suspicious information or accounts. Accounts found to have provided false information will be closed immediately.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tekkabuzz is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Payment Identity Verification

Before a withdrawal is processed, it will be confirmed that the withdrawal method and the deposit method are registered in the same person's name. Sending funds to another person's account or using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

If transaction details are incorrect or there is any discrepancy, our support team must be informed promptly. Conducting transactions with deliberately false information or taking advantage of system errors is strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tekkabuzz offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount — that is, complete bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies once only and to one account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in all accounts being closed.
• tekkabuzz reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel promotions at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The tekkabuzz VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. At each tier, a fixed percentage of weekly net losses is returned as cashback. For example, a Silver tier member who incurs a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Cashback may also be withdrawn subject to applicable terms.

06 Betting and Game Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical issue, the data saved on the server will be treated as final.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports events. The policy on refunds or bet cancellations in the event of a match being cancelled or postponed will be determined based on the circumstances.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The outcomes of live casino games, slots and other games are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG). There is no guarantee of winning in any game, and previous results do not indicate future outcomes.

6.4 Technical Issues

In the event of a software error or server problem, tekkabuzz will review the affected transactions and make a decision. tekkabuzz reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or payouts.

07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence when placing bets.
• Using funds from illegal sources or of suspicious origin.
• Sharing an account with other users or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your identity.
• Threats, harassment or discourteous behaviour.
• Attempting to intrude into the platform's technical infrastructure.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, tekkabuzz reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance of the associated account and take legal action.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by tekkabuzz

tekkabuzz may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification within the specified time.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• An order from a court or government authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, you must inform our support team via live chat or email. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, provided these Terms and the verification process have been completed.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of these Terms.

tekkabuzz uses SSL encryption and up-to-date security measures to keep your financial and personal data safe. The rules set out in the Privacy Policy apply to any sharing of your data with third parties.

10 Responsible Gaming

tekkabuzz believes that entertainment betting should be conducted responsibly. 21+ This platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21 years of age.

• Loss caused by a user's own negligence or failure to comply with these Terms.
• Problems caused by disruption to third-party services (mobile banking, internet connection).
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Loss caused by hacking or a cyber attack, provided tekkabuzz has taken reasonable security measures.

In any situation, tekkabuzz's total liability will be limited to the current balance in the user's account.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

12.1 Changes to Terms

tekkabuzz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
